COVID-19 Update

Possible Package Delay. We are working hard to continue to recover along with you and your business.  As the country opens back up, there will be a delay in package delivery, it could be a day or a few days late depending on staffing.  We just don't have a full workforce yet, we're working hard to get everyone back in and keep everyone safe at the same time!  Thank you for your continued patience.

PainfulPleasures Family,

In light of these uncertain times, I wanted to take a moment and provide an update on PainfulPleasures.

PainfulPleasures continues to operate its distribution business (including medical supplies), so that we can serve our community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our website and customer service center are fully functional; we encourage you to stay in touch and let us know your needs. Importantly, the latest CDC and governmental guidelines are being followed in order to improve our health and safety standards.

We appreciate your continued patronage of PainfulPleasures. We want you to know we are here to support you, and are confident that our industry will emerge from this period stronger and more unified than before!
