Tip: Massage a small amount of emu oil into the skin around piercings you're about to stretch twice a day for a week before stretching. The emu oil will enhance your skin's natural elasticity and minimize the chances of the stretching process creating microscopic tears that could make you susceptible to infection. For an even gentler stretch, wrap your organic tunnels with a layer of stretching tape every week or so until you gradually move up to the next full size. The tape method is much easier on fistulas (piercing holes) than going up a full size at a time, particularly as you get into larger gauges.
