The titanium setting and its post are each made from a single piece of implant-grade titanium, so these Swarovski crystal gem tops are extra sturdy.

Please note that these Swarovski crystal gem tops have internal 0.8mm threading that makes them compatible only with our internal .8mm threaded jewelry. Wear these gem tops with our16g internally-threaded circular barbells or bent barbells with matching threading.
