This 14kt solid white gold nose bone features a 2mm real diamond. The diamond has PK2 clarity, color G-H.
The 20g nose bone has an inner diameter of 6mm and the little ball on the end measures 1mm. The diamond is set so that it actually lays flat on your nose, it won't stick up and out like most others on the market.
