You pick the color of the earrings, and the color combos of the opals and size of the opals. Truly Unique. The way we made them in the pictures is with 2 4mm balls, 1 5mm ball and then 2 4mm balls. you have the choice to pick any ball and color combo you want. The Synthetic Man made opals are made in Japan and the Earrings are made here in our facility by our in-staff jeweler.
