This nose screw jewelry comes as one 18g BioPlastic stem and one 2mm prong-set crystal jewel top made of 14kt white gold. The BioPlastic stem is clear and practically invisible for safe and subtle wear. It measures 6mm in length from the bio nose hole to the bend.

Please Note: It is recommended that you do not frequently change the ends of your BioPlastic nose screw stem. Doing so can enlarge and damage the bio nose hole.
