Stainless Steel Retainer for Septum or Nipple Piercings — 18g up to 10g
The Stainless Steel Retainer is a staple item for any septum jewelry collection. This piece can easily be flipped up and tucked inside your nostrils to conceal your piercing for any occasion. It can also be worn comfortably in nipple piercings. This Steel Retainer is handmade and hand-polished by our on-staff jeweler for a lustrous shine. It can be made in 18g up to 10g in High Polish. If you have any special requests, please let us know in your Order Notes.
