These flat, vibrant synthetic opals are set on an implant grade titanium base, which makes this piece ideal for new piercings, sensitive skin, and extended wear. It is available in 17 different opal color options and for a small fee, the titanium can be anodized to one of 26 colors in our Hanover, MD Painful Pleasures facilities.
