This septum jewelry is sure to catch everyone’s attention with its unique asymmetrical design. An upside down teardrop shape is created with one side inlaid with crystal jewels sloped in an S curve and the other side with two additional bezel-set jewels. This piece is made from a .925 silver base and 14kt yellow gold plating.
