14g Steel Horseshoe Septum Retainer

Needing to conceal a septum piercing or just looking for a smaller septum piece? If so, our horseshoe septum retainer may just be the piece you’re looking for.  The retainer is 8mm wide at the top and narrow to 5mm at the center before gradually flaring at the ends. Overall length of the retainer is 13mm, making it easy to flip inside the nose. The best part about this retainer is that it can be used in other piercings such as ears and nipples as well.
