Each jewel top is prong-set in 316L surgical stainless steel. The post and setting are made from a single piece of steel, so they're incredibly sturdy. Wear these prong-set jewel tops with 12g or 14g internally-threaded labret studs, dermal anchors, surface barbells, and other jewelry with internal 1.2mm threading.
These prong-set round jewel tops are sold individually (price per 1) and separately from our body jewelry shafts and anchors.
