The 14g-12g Internally Threaded Thin Flat Jewel Tops are some of the thinnest tops/ends on the market and perfect for wearing with labret studs, dermal anchors, surface barbells, and more. Each top is manufactured from a single piece of 316L implant grade surgical stainless steel and features a bezel-set jewel. There are 17 jewel color options in three sizes: 3mm (derm113), 4.4mm (derm114), and 5mm (derm115). It has internal 1.2mm threading and a 2mm long post, making it compatible with all of our standard 14g to 12g internally threaded body jewelry; please see the list of compatible jewelry below.
